The Wine Advocate:
"The non-vintage Reserva Real was created in 1987 when the company received the King and Queen of Spain. It is made from classic Cava varieties and is a selection of the best of several harvests. After first fermentation it is closed in cork rather than crown cap and is disgorged by hand with a 4 gm/l dosage. It has an intense nose of brioche, fruits de mer and crisp lime that positively leap from the glass. The palate has fine balance with attractive bread and yeasty notes and a harmonious, elegant, quite understated finish. This is very fine".

Freixenet es una de esas casas que no necesita presentación. Su historia se remonta 150 años atrás cuando Casa Sala, su predecesora, comenzaba su andadura.
Desde luego un gran cava !!
Seco pero una delicia al gusto. Ha sido una grata sorpresa. Valoración Rxm 92.
