Acrollam Blanc 2019

Acrollam is Mallorca backwards, and the 2019 Acrollam Blanc wants to be Mallorca but not necessarily going down the same path others are taking. They wanted a different white and produced a blend of 60% Premsal and 40% Giró that is serious and with aromas of aromatic plants, herbs and spices, plus moderate alcohol and a medium-bodied palate that is tasty with a salty twist, dry and long. It's quite different, a white with some austerity, a strong personality and good freshness for a warm year. 7,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2020.
