Try to give this some time to unfold in the glass, because the first impression of flint, lime and lemon zest is quickly augmented by notes of white peach and fresh sage. Staggering focus and minerality in spite of the roundness and ripeness on the full-bodied palate. Then comes the best thing about the wine, the racy brilliance at the super-long finish. Matured for almost two years on the lees. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink or hold.
