Le Colonne Bolgheri Rosso 2022 è un vino rosso mediterraneo con un profilo armonioso e ben equilibrato. Di colore rosso intenso con riflessi violacei, ha aromi di frutta rossa e nera matura, come ciliegia e ribes, insieme a note floreali e un tocco speziato. Al palato colpisce per la sua consistenza setosa, l'acidità vivace e i tannini delicati, che si combinano per un finale lungo e vibrante. James Suckling:

Fresh profile, with initial aromas of geraniums and slightly leafy and leathery notes. Soft, velvety attack with ripe tannins, full body and a dense palate. Zesty acidity and a long, fruity finish that’s polished and savory. Despite the still austere texture at the moment, this is drinkable even now, but will express its best in 3-4 years.

Decanter:

There's a significant portion of Petit Verdot in this blend, along with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The nose is herbal and really lifted, while in the mouth it's intense and bright, with crunchy blackcurrant and red berries, a black tea note, some black pepper and dark chocolate. The long finish exudes Mediterranean herbs, lavender and vibrant berries. Really lovely.

The Wine Advocate:

The organic Tenuta le Colonne 2022 Bolgheri Rosso was a little closed initially but eventually opened to dark cherry and blackberry aromas. That said, a slightly reductive note of tin can did not blow off completely. The wine offers a plush, medium-rich mouthfeel with textural softness. The blend is made with Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.
