Decanter:
Green-gold, this has power and definition, with length and potential (Michael Edwards). Bold colour and aromatics, a very complete and commercially savvy Champagne. Excellent Pinot weight and Chardonnay lift; muscular and spicy, with the generous sweet fruit finish the work of nature rather than human intervention. Iodine on the finish (Simon Field MW). Sherbet-like grip and texture. This shows depth of fresh citric fruit and lemon posset notes. Incredible vitality but nicely harmonious. Singing. (Tim Hall)

En Cumières, a tan solo 2 kilómetros de la abadía de Hautvillers, donde vivió el monje Dom Pérignon, se encuentra esta querida casa, siempre fiel a la filosofía clásica de la región.
Más fresco que Prestige, menos maduro y, en conjunto, me convence más. Ideal para comer o para tomar aperitivos como champagne de entrada
