The Wine Advocate:

The Callet and Cabernet Sauvignon blend 2021 8 Vents Gran was produced with a selection of grapes from their large vineyard. It fermented in stainless steel and matured in 225- and 500-liter oak barrels for 12 months. It has intense herbal notes, minty and spicy, with notes of Mediterranean herbs and ripe berries, and it has a moderate 13.8% alcohol. The medium to full-bodied palate is elegant, with round tannins and a juicy mouthfeel. 7,000 bottles were filled in November 2022.
