This Verdejo presents fresh asparagus and green pepper aromas with a hint of balsamic. It is a creamy white, even showing a little on the nose, with a rich yet balanced palate. Contact with lees has clearly added to this complexity and brings a little cinnamon spice on the finish. A well crafted wine that shows off the spicier side of Verdejo. 2025 - 2030
