Macerato con le bucce e lasciato riposare a lungo sui lieviti, ha un profumo intenso, note di frutta esotica e un gusto forte, secco e vivace.

So sensual and silky for a natural white, the tannins only (gently) showing their hand in the long, elegant finish. You could spend hours studying the complex nose of fresh rose petals, papayas, bitter oranges, bergamot and dried flowers. Really caressing on the medium-bodied palate. Hard to put this fascinating wine down. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter and Respekt certification. Vegan. Unfiltered. Drink or hold.
