Alla fine del XII secolo si parla per la prima volta del vigneto da cui viene il Riesling usato per fare questo bianco, conosciuto come "mons Rhingravii" (la montagna delle contee del Reno). il miglior bianco secco che la tenuta può offrire, che fa parte della categoria "Große Gewächse", che è l'equivalente tedesco del Grand Cru. È un vino molto minerale che incarna le qualità del terroir

Profumo
Profumo complesso, con tanta mineralità e aromi fruttati che saltano all'occhio.
Bocca
Un vino con una struttura complessa, molto minerale. Ha tutte le qualità fantastiche del terroir. È super elegante ed equilibrato. Un po' dolce ma rotondo e con un tocco salino.
Temperatura di servizio
Tra i 7 e i 10 °C.

This pumps up the volume and cranks up the AC at the same time. The expansive aromas of yellow and white fruit, mandarin oranges and delicate notes of baking spices pull you into this complex and concentrated dry riesling. Terrific interplay of stony acidity with fine tannins and leesy creaminess on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Then comes the explosion of citrusy freshness in the super-long, zesty finish. The 2023 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Trocken GG is deep, intense and complex on the nose, indicating a certain richness. Full-bodied and textured on the palate, this is a dense, powerful and majestic yet also finessed Gräfenberg with fine tannins and lingering salinity. It is far too young to be enjoyed today, though.
