Very unusual for Galicia, this is a Torrontés that offers all the characteristics of the variety within a very Ribeiro context. The nose reveals lychee and distinctive grapey aromas, leading to a racy and lively palate with bright bitter lemon. It is an exotic white, sparse but serious with the potential to evolve more complexity over the coming years.
