Attractive aromas of red cherries, biscuits, grapefruit peel, honey and hazelnuts. Creamy and layered with a medium body and soft, fine mousse. Excellent balance. 40% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 30% pinot meunier, of which 8% is red wine. Disgorged January 2023. 7g/L dosage. Drink now.
