The 2019 Reserva shows higher ripeness, despite having only 14.19% alcohol, with notes of candied fruit, an earthy touch and toast, spice and smoke notes. It's medium- to full bodied, with abundant tannins and a dry, slightly astringent finish. This matured in barrel for two years. 11,034 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2022.
Aromas of rich but fresh blackberries and cherries with some pine cones, coffee beans and dark chocolate. Tight-grained on the palate, with a full body and chalky tannins. A bit gritty, with structure coming from the wood. Long and really well made. From organically grown grapes. Drink from 2025.
