Extremely powerful and aromatic, with super intense notes of incense and noble woods, the NV Oloroso VORS is a lot older and has not been refreshed for the last three years. It's incredibly focused and defined, really intense and concentrated by sheer old age and reaching the 22% alcohol, 6.15 grams of acidity and no less than seven grams of sugar that goes completely unnoticeable. This is powerful and at the same time terribly elegant with gobsmacking balance. Intensity to the limit. A carbon-14 test resulted in an average age of over 50 years.
