Il Peça Coll del Guix 2022 è un vino eccezionale che mette in risalto il lato più elegante del vitigno Sumoll. Creato da Ramon Parera e Jordi Arnan a partire da un vigneto unico piantato nel 1961, questo rosso nasce da una storia di recupero e collaborazione con L'Enclòs de Peralba, nel cuore del Penedès. Il risultato è un vino raffinato ed espressivo, con aromi di frutti rossi e fiori, tannini delicati e una struttura notevole.

The 2022 La Peça Coll del Guix is a wine they are producing with Sumoll grapes from the same vineyard where Pardas are producing another red with the same name and similar label, two visions of the same place. Here, the wine fermented with full clusters and matured in used 500-liter oak barrels for six months. It's a little spicier than the one from Pardas, with a subtle lactic touch, fine-boned and with a medium-bodied palate, seamless and balanced, really elegant and austere, mineral and stony. This is incredibly elegant. 939 bottles produced.
