The Wine Advocate:
The Tempranillo-based 2012 Reserva has 3% Merlot and 2% white Albillo from over 20-year-old vines from the La Planta estate vineyards. It fermented in oak vats with some full clusters and matured in French barriques for 26 months. It's surprisingly fresh and even if it's spicy and oaky, it feels more harmonious than the Crianza. The palate still shows plenty of dusty, slightly dry tannins and moderate acidity. Better with food. 40,000 bottles. - Luis Gutiérrez.
Excelente. Para mi uno de los mejores tintos que tenemos y sin embargo no es muy conocido. A mi especialmente la añada de 2012, la mejor.
