Questo vino rosso è fatto con uve Malbec e Cabernet franc che vengono da diversi appezzamenti nella zona di Tupungato. Entrambe le varietà fermentano in vasche di cemento con lieviti autoctoni. Poi, il vino viene fatto invecchiare in botti usate più volte per 6 mesi.

A red from Tupungato, the 2021 Balsa de Piedra Blend de Tintas is a blend that varies with the vintage—Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and always some white Semillon from different parts and vineyards. The varieties fermented together with 30% full clusters and indigenous yeasts and matured in concrete and used barriques for 12 months. It's from a cold and wet year and is young, floral, fruit-driven and fresh, with 13.2% alcohol and very good freshness and balance. It's tender and gentle and has very fine tannins and a tasty finish. 30,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2022.
