This won’t be released until 2022, but it's good to be prepared. Darker and more concentrated than the 2018, it's an excellent example of vintage differences in Ribera del Duero, reflecting something of the heat of the growing season. Chalky and refreshing, with understated oak, blackberry and black cherry fruit and top notes of rosemary and thyme. 2024-30

A rich, pretty concentrated and powerful Ribera del Duero that shows tension and tautness. Dark cherries and iodine with hints of chocolate and sweet spices on the nose. Quite chalky and assertive on the palate, but dissolved, with a medium to full body and a lengthy finish without much heft. Excellent. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
