Suckling:

Everyone thinks that Pommards are bold and rustic, but this has a wonderful combination of richness and silkiness. The super-focused tannins give this so much drive and energy. Very clean, long finish with a delicate touch of blood orange. From the very north of the appellation, next to Beaune Clos des Mouches. From fully de-stemmed grapes. Drink or hold.
