Recensioni degli esperti
The garnet-colored 2019 Pinot Noir Einstern * opens with an intense nose of ripe and concentrated dark fruits intermingled with notes of toast and crushed slate. Soft and elegant on the palate, this is a medium-bodied, very charming and fruity Pinot with very fine tannins and good intensity on the firm and still tight finish. A serious Mosel Pinot sourced in different vineyards along the Middle Mosel, this is the noble version of the Haus Klosterberg Pinot Noir based on the best sites, oldest vines and/or best barriques. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in May 2023.
You’d have to know this wine already to stand a chance of not identifying it as coming from a cool climate corner of Burgundy, like Savigy-les-Beaune. Crisp acidity is married to ripe red berry and sour cherry fruit with positive rooty and autumnal character that carries through the bold and bright finish. Drink or hold.
Annate: 2020 2019 2018 2017
Vino correcto, fácil de beber, con notas típicas de los P.N de zonas más frías. No llega a ser un vino apasionante, pero es asequible.
