The Wine Advocate:
There ias a lot of finesse in the 2021 Parotet, a blend of 70% Arcos and 30% Mandó that fermented with 40% full clusters in stainless steel and matured in amphorae. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol and very good freshness, with abundant chalky tannins and notes of black pepper and nutmeg that are quite distinct. It feels quite primary and elegant, with abundant tannins that somehow make it feel a little more rustic than the 2022 that I tasted next to it. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022.

Buen vino. Me encanta. No me pierdo ninguna añada. Muy suave al paladar.
Muy fan del Parotet. Mantiene el nivel y muy cerca de su hermano mayor.
