Descrizione

Decanter:

A complex weave of fig, date, almond and earthy aromas, reinforced and well-matched on the long and complex palate. A delightful marriage between textural quality and sweetness.

James Suckling:

Pretty aromas of dried berries, cedar and candied orange peel follow through to a medium body and a very sweet palate, with oranges, plums and a nutty undertone such as peanuts. Very fresh and sweet. Tastes older than 10 years and in a very good way! Drink now.

The Wine Advocate :

The November 2025 bottling of the NV 10 Year Old Tawny Port has a dark brown, almost mahogany color with some red tints, which is quite different from the much paler 20-, 30- and 40-year-old examples that I tasted next to it. This is, of course, the youngest of the age-designated Tawnies, the one that still has some primary notes of crystallized red fruit mixed with the nutty and varnished tones. It finishes with a faint bitter twist. This was bottled with 98 grams of sugar and is easy to drink. 47,220 half liter bottles and 750 magnums produced. - Luis Gutiérrez
