Colore giallo pallido.
Profumo
Al naso ha un bel mix di aromi, con note di frutta bianca matura e agrumi combinate con erbe aromatiche, frutta secca e sentori lattici.
Bocca
Al palato ha un attacco morbido, con ampiezza e corposità al passaggio sul palato. Buona acidità e finale persistente.

Tra gli 8 e i 10 °C.

Formaggi, carni bianche e pesce sia in salsa che alla griglia.

Vendemmiare a mano a metà ottobre.
Vinificazione
Pressatura delicata con i racemi e il mosto si decanta da solo in 24-48 ore prima di iniziare la fermentazione, una parte in cemento e circa la metà in una combinazione di fudre e botti di rovere francese. Dopo la fermentazione, si lavora sui lieviti con batonnage ogni giorno.
Invecchiamento
Invecchiamento per 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese.

The second vintage of the Reserva white is the 2019 Cune Blanco Reserva, a style of wine they produced in the 1950s and 1960s—dry wines aged in barrel with Viura grapes, looking for more tension and working more in the selection of oak. The wine is 13% alcohol and has a pH of 3.26 (without malolactic) and a classical aromatic profile that is spicy and smoky with notes of dried flowers and chamomile. It fermented in a combination of concrete and oak vats and barrels and matured in second and third use French oak barrels for 18 months. It's medium-bodied but with juicy fruit making it rich and easy to drink, with some developed notes reminiscent of diesel and white tea. It's dry, chalky and tasty. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2021.

Subtle vanilla and a hint of roasted spices to the lemons and green stone fruit. Medium body on the palate with transparency and a long, creamy finish. Drink now.
