The 2023 The Flower And The Bee Sousón is surprisingly aromatic and bright, with even grapey aromas. It has a vibrant palate with balance and freshness and is medium-bodied, with 12.2% alcohol and very good acidity. It matured in 500- and 600-liter barrels for four months. It develops the classical honeyed and waxy note with time in the glass. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2024.
A supple, fruity and linear red featuring aromas of dark cherries, currants and sweet spices. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, it presents a mellow and fruity profile with a caressing texture and a joyful finish. Drink now.

Buen vino, pero por mí un poco demasiado fácil.
Vino muy frutal y mineral. Olor a hojarasca otoñal. Suave, fresco, y de fácil paladar. Ideal para maridar arroces marineros, pulpo, cocido..
Un vino muy correcto, expresivo, que te deja un buen recuerdo. Repetiré!
