The NV Manzanilla Nave Trinidad is a Manzanilla en rama (unfiltered) with three and a half years under flor. It has an easy to understand and highly drinkable profile. It has notes of fennel and esparto grass and a fluid palate with a mellow texture and elegant flavors. It does not have the complexity of other products (Pastora, Solear en Rama...), but that's exactly the aim. It's drinkable and a bargain too (it retails for €12 in Spain.). 10,000 bottles produced.
Designed to appeal to younger drinkers, less familiar with Sherry’s arcane arts. From the cool Trinidad cellar. Aromatic: grassiness, citrus peel. Silky entry, bright astringency, distinct saltiness.
La historia de Barbadillo se remonta a 1821, año en el que empezó a elaborar manzanilla. Desde entonces, no ha dejado de evolucionar buscando siempre vinos que sorprendan y dejen huella.
