Terreno di circa 100 anni a Fonzaleche, su un terreno sabbioso e povero.
Vinificazione
Le varietà vengono vinificate separatamente e fermentate con le bucce e senza racimo.

Invecchiamento di 24 mesi, di cui 12 in botti francesi usate da 400 litri e 12 in un Clayver (contenitore di argilla e gres).

Medium gold hue with touches of lemons and oranges. Loads of intensity, with creamy skin tannins. Aromas of wet rock, pomelo, apricots and a briny touch. The intensity is huge, but there is so much freshness. I 'd want to drink a whole bottle. 100% skin contact for around seven weeks, including three weeks of fermentation. From around 0.3 hectares of vines of mixed white grapes. One year in 600-liter barrels and clayvers. Only 900 bottles made. Drink now or hold.
