I also tasted a magnum of 2019 Aloers, a format that is sold a few years after the wine is released in regular bottles. This is the freshest expression of the Xarel.lo in a very healthy vintage of ripe grapes, a wine that, with six years of age, has gained in complexity and harmony and is perfect for drinking. It has very fresh aromas of spring flowers and herbs, clean, pure and precise in the house style, achieving 12% alcohol and a pH of 3.09, with full development of aromas and flavors. This might have been the last "normal" vintage in the zone. The magnums have aged superbly. The nose is beautiful. 545 magnums produced. It was bottled in June 2020. The price is for the magnum.
