Only the best grapes from the Godelia estate are selected for this wine. It spends eight months aging, part in concrete eggs and part in 500L barrels (a mix of French and acacia) which has brought a lovely creamy texture and fine-grained oak tannin. Gentle floral notes and nutmeg segue into delicate honey and quince, while the palate offers just the right balance of weight and lively acidity. An elegant white which will develop further. 2024-28
