Come i suoi compagni di gamma Querencia Llibre e Querencia Corache, Deseya è un vino rosso fatto con uve Garnacha coltivate con metodi biologici in vigneti di montagna su pendii ripidi. È un vino rosso equilibrato e intenso, perfetto da abbinare a funghi, stufati e carni rosse e bianche alla griglia.

Vecchi vigneti in zone fresche coltivati con il tradizionale sistema in alberello e in regime di non irrigazione ad altitudini elevate e su pendii ripidi. Viticoltura biologica.
Raccolto
Vendemmiare fatto a mano.
Invecchiamento
Mix di materiali di affinamento: botti di legno (foudres e tini) insieme a serbatoi di cemento da vari posti (Spagna, Francia e Italia), anfore e serbatoi di gres.

The top of the organic range is the 2023 Querencia Deseya, produced with old-vine Garnacha fermented with uncrushed grapes in stainless steel and matured in oak barrels of different sizes, from 225 to 500 liters, and the final blend rested in stainless steel until bottling. It has a leafy nose with plenty of raspberry and redcurrant, hints of fennel and other aromatic herbs. The palate is velvety and tender, with melted tannins, good ripeness, 14.3% alcohol and good freshness and acidity showcased by a pH of 3.42 and 5.6 grams of acidity and a serious, stony sensation in the finish. 8,450 bottles produced. James Suckling:

Vibrant nose of potpourri, hibiscus and crabapples. Quite laid-back and cheerful, with very good freshness from the red bramble berries on its medium-bodied palate. Not complex but quite drinkable, with light, chalky tannins. Drink now. (Zekun Shuai)
