Alba y Barro 2023
Descrizione
The ancestral sparkling white 2023 Alba y Barro was produced with Palomino grapes from Pago Miraflores from old vines worked organically and in the second year of conversion. Following the ancestral method, the wine finished fermenting in bottle, where it was kept with lees for nine months, after which, they were disgorged manually. It has a pale and cloudy color, an expressive nose of the variety and the albariza soils and is tasty, almost salty, with fine bubbles and a long, tasty and faintly bitter finish. 1,500 bottles produced. It was disgorged in May 2024.
