Manuale in scatole da 15 kg.
Vinificazione
Selezione su doppia tavola (grappolo e grammo), diraspato prima della fermentazione di 25 giorni in vasche di cemento e 3 follature al giorno a una temperatura di 28 ºC.
Invecchiamento
18 mesi in barrique nuove di rovere francese (90%) e americano (10%).

The 2022 Torralvo, their current release of their first single-vineyard wine, is quite dark and shows ripeness but also harmony and balance. It's serious, full-bodied and structured, with abundant tannins and a dry, tasty finish. It has 15% alcohol, which is neatly disguised, and it's powerful but has the stuffing and balance to develop nicely in bottle. 8,680 bottles and 250 magnums produced. Showing the mix of French and 10% American barrels that's part of the house style at this family-owned bodega in Mambrilla de Castrejón, this is a serious, well-structured Tempranillo that needs more time to digest its 90% new wood. Firm, toasty and dense, with layers of damson, blueberry and coffee bean, it's a blockbuster with enough underlying freshness to lift the finish. 2026-34.
