Rather oxidative in style, with an obvious wood influence. Aromas of egg roll pastry, cookies, Parmesan cheese and spices dominate the fruit. Medium- to full-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity and a woody grip in the middle. Creamy and nutty in the finish. Drink now. (Zekun Shuai)
