Un rosso interessante. Tutto in lui è speciale, tipo l'uso della varietà usata, la Moravia agria, un'uva quasi scomparsa e autoctona della Manchuela che non ha un grande potenziale alcolico, ma ha invece una buona acidità, una qualità che è particolarmente interessante nelle regioni calde e nelle annate calde. È sorprendente al naso e in bocca, considerando la sua origine, perché sembra più simile ai rossi dell'Atlantico.

The 2024 Buena Pinta, from a single vineyard of ungrafted vines, has very contained ripeness and no more than 12% alcohol. It has a different aromatic palette with freshness (pH of 3.45 and six grams of acidity) that transcends the conditions of the vintage. Since 2022, he removed the percentage of Garnacha is used to have, so now it's 100% Moravia Agria from granite soils, fermented with 100% full clusters in 4,500-liter oak foudres and matured in a 2,500-liter oak vats for 13 months.
